At Somnium Performance, we aim to deliver exceptional coaching and high-quality merchandise. Due to the nature of our services and custom merchandise, our refund and returns policy is outlined below.
1. Coaching Services Refund Policy
We invest significant time, expertise, and resources into delivering tailored coaching services. As such, the following refund policy applies to all coaching packages:
a) Initial Payments & First Month
All initial payments (including consultation fees and monthly coaching fees) are non-refundable.
Once your training plan is delivered or coaching has commenced, refunds will not be issued.
b) Ongoing Subscriptions
If you wish to cancel your coaching subscription, you must provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to your next billing date, after your 3 month initial commitment.
No refunds will be issued for partially completed months or unused sessions once a payment has been processed.
c) Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to medical reasons (with evidence) may be considered at our discretion.
Refunds will not be granted due to lack of client commitment, failure to follow the plan, or change of mind.
2. Merchandise Returns & Refunds Policy
a) No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the custom and limited-edition nature of our merchandise, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
b) Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must:

Provide photos of the item and packaging.
We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
c) Incorrect Sizes & Buyer Mistake
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes, change of mind, or buyer errors, so please check all size guides and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
3. Digital Products & Programs
Any digital training plans, downloads, or educational materials are non-refundable once delivered.
By purchasing digital content, you waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off period under UK and EU consumer laws, in line with regulations for digital content delivery.
